Wellness Wednesday: Hydration Through Food

Hydration is generally associated with drinking, however foods can have a hydrating effect as well! Watermelon, grapefruit, celery, spinach, carrots, and all berry types are 90% or more water, making them excellent sources of  H2O (and taste). Next time you find yourself parched and in need of a snack, try these fruits and veggies to satisfy your body’s nutritional needs.
