Wellness Wednesday: Soup
Soup is the ultimate winter food for many reasons including flavor, nutrition, and hydration. Soups are a great dish to throw a wide variety of vegetables and leftovers, which can save money and increase nutrients. Additionally, nothing can warm your body up after spending time outside in the cold like a warm bowl of soup. Made-from-scratch soups are served daily at the Deli station in the Table @ Leo’s.
